About Me

I strongly believe that nothing is an accident and that there are no coincidences. Everything that I have ever done has led me to where I am now, and for that, I am so grateful. Not long ago, I was a shell of myself; going to work and coming home to zone out, never making time for the things that brought me joy and purpose, half-way present in all of my relationships, and keenly aware that I was wasting my potential. It took navigating my Saturn’s return (and with it, the end of my longest/dearest relationship, a global pandemic, a drastic haircut, the death of my wonderful cat June, and the end of a career in Behavioral Health) to get me to where I needed to be in order to be able to work with you as a Tarot reader and Astrologer. 

I had to abandon a lot of assumptions about what was available to me, what I deserved, and what other people thought of me. I had to face my fears around not having enough resources, being seen, being wrong, and even scarier *being right*. I had to embrace the path of least resistance and abandon my stubborn pursuit of what society expected of me (even though it left me chronically drained, crabby, and disconnected). I am confident that I would not have made even half of the amount of progress/needed changes that were required to get here without having been exposed to astrology and gaining insight into my astrological chart. The sense of validation and direction that were gained have been priceless gifts that I am driven to share with others. 

Other than reading cards and charts, I am a musician (check out my band Pilot Waves), artist, activist, and athlete. (In particular, I love drawing/painting, am a democratic socialist, and love rock climbing/yoga.)

I love gardening and using plants magically and functionally and derive inspiration and peace from nature. I am healthily obsessed with my fluffy orange cat named Leo (yes, he is a Leo) and love all animals. I am also in love with clothing/fashion history and love helping people refine and clarify the aesthetics of their personal style and decor. I believe that simple practice and gradual progress are often the most impactful and love clarifying an action plan/next steps (I have a lot of 6th house placements in Capricorn). 

As far as my chart goes, other than that Capricorn stellium, I have an Aquarius sun, Gemini moon, and Leo rising. 

I have a degree in Psychology and am in the gradual process of getting my graduate degree in Archetypal/Jungian Psychology.

My best friend is also an Astrologer and together we teach a collage and astrology class called Be Still My Stars.
